Meet The Team

In the rolling pastures of FNV Ranch, the most striking figure is Charlie, a palomino gelding whose golden coat shines like sunlight. With a mane cascading like liquid gold and eyes that hold the weariness of countless seasons, Charlie is the undisputed leader of the herd. Despite his commanding presence and natural authority, Charlie is known far and wide for his grumpy demeanor.

Burdened by the endless responsibilities of his role, Charlie longs for nothing more than to be left alone. He craves the quiet moments in the back corners of the pasture, where he can escape the incessant demands and petty squabbles of the horses and humans. To many, Charlie is a paradox—a grumpy loner who nonetheless takes his duties seriously, caring for both his herd and the humans around him. His stern gaze and occasional snorts mask a heart that, despite its desire for peace, always makes sure everyone is looked after.

In his heart, Charlie yearns for a time when he can simply stand in the warm sun, undisturbed, and listen to the gentle rustle of the leaves.  

On the picturesque trails of FNV Ranch, a chestnut mare named Tinker is a familiar and endearing sight. With a coat that gleams like polished copper and a mane that flows like silk, Tinker has a presence that is impossible to ignore. Her lively, inquisitive eyes reflect a deep affection for the people she encounters, and she has a well-known habit of following them around, always eager for attention and affection.

Tinker’s love for human companionship is evident in every nuzzle and gentle whinny. She thrives on the warmth of a friendly pat or the sound of a kind word, often trailing after ranch visitors and workers alike, her hooves quietly padding behind them. Her affectionate nature makes her a favorite among all who visit the ranch, young and old.
