Our Adventures

Horse-Assisted Pack Trips for Veterans and First Responders

At FNV Ranch, we don’t offer retreats. We offer real-life recalibration through backcountry adventures designed for veterans and first responders ready to reclaim their identity and rise with purpose.

This isn’t about escaping life. It’s about riding back into it.

What to Expect

Connection. Clarity. Commitment.

Our horse-assisted pack trips take place in rugged, breathtaking terrain that strips away distraction and calls forth what matters most. Over multiple days in the backcountry, participants engage in guided reflection, physical challenge, campfire conversations, and trail-tested moments of truth.

You’ll ride alongside others who know what it means to serve, carry the weight of duty, and search for who you are beyond the uniform. These experiences are designed to reconnect you to yourself, your purpose, and the next mission life has waiting.

This Is Not a Getaway

This is a call to those who are ready to do the work.

To show up. To look inward. To rise with purpose.

Each trip is curated for a small group of individuals who are ready for change. That’s why every applicant goes through a short but intentional review process. We hand-select participants who are ready to lean in, contribute to the experience, and commit to the journey ahead.

Who It’s For

FNV Ranch is built for:
  • Veterans who are transitioning out of service and seeking new direction

  • First Responders carrying the weight of the job and looking to reconnect with their why

  • Those who are ready to redefine life beyond trauma, burnout, or identity loss

You don’t need to be an experienced rider. You just need to be ready.

Our Values on the Trail

We live by what we ride with:
  • Honesty — We speak the truth and own our actions

  • Courage — We face the hard stuff head on

  • Integrity — We do what’s right, even when no one’s watching

  • Hard Work — We show up and give it our all

  • Kindness — We look out for each other

  • Humility — We stay teachable

Out here, actions speak loudest.

Support the Mission

Our pack trips change lives—but we won't do it alone.

Your support help cover the cost of horses, gear, food, transportation, and care so that more veterans and first responders can take this life-changing ride.
